Zazi Fellow
Liane Gabora is an assistant professor of psychology at the Okanagan campus of the University of British Columbia. Her research focuses on the mechanisms underlying evolutionary processes, and the origins of human creativity and culture. Her research is largely theoretical / computational, with some experimental work. She has over 50 publications and is writing a book titled Dawn of the Creative Mind: The Origin and Evolution of Innovative Ideas. She has given over 30 lectures at over 20 different universities and academic institutions in 10 different countries (including a keynote). Her home page has had over 27,000 hits from 83 different countries since its inception in October 1998. Click here for more information.
